Anupama Tripathi is the founder and Director of Radiance ABA Center. She has specialized in the education and treatment of children with Autism and other developmental delay since 5 years. She is BACB, USA licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing Behavior intervention to the kids with Autism and other developmental Delays at Radiance ABA Center since Nov 2021. After completing her B.Tech (Biotechnology) and MBA (Finance) she shifted to Surat after marriage and started her career as a certified financial planner. She fell to the Autism world when her son diagnosed with Autism and after researching about many therapies available for the kids with Autism she found Applied Behavior Analysis as most effective and pragmetic approach to help kids and Parents to lead to a healthy and fulfilling lives.

Success at Radiance ABA Center is based on our programs which are designed by highly skilled and certified Behavior Analysts. Individualized child specific training is provided to each staff member working with the child. There is intensive data taken at Radiance ABA Center on all the aspects of learning. The data is used to take decisions, make changes, modify programs, monitor learning. Behavior study and modifications are also data based. Progress in the child is tracked continuously, as well as through periodic assessments based on the VB-MAPP.
